Vacuum pouches are manufactured with materials suitable for vacuuming process after filling. The special LLDPE used can make sure the pouch will not burst, resist to punching (when the pouch is filled with sharp edge product) etc. Some of the common material structures of vacuum packaging is NY/LLDPE, LLDPE/LLDPE, BOPP/LLDPE.
