Packaging Comsumption in the Domestic Market

As far as is concerned,the consumption of China's Plastic Market,such as PVC and PP, grows very fast,whose growth rate has reached between 15% and 17%.However,the domestic production is opposite,which decreases to 6%-13%,influenced by the increasing import.Although the costless raw materials in the Middle East affects the petrochemical plastics industries all over the world,the Middle East still have to turn its strategic goal to China when faced with the dead-alive market in Western Europe.It is predicted that the PE spare capacity in Middle East will increase to about 12 million barrels per year by the year of 2012,and it will be a decilne of negative 3300 million barrels per year in export.Therefore,China will have been continuing to  be the largest polyolefin import center in the world as well as one of the largest market for the demand side.


Facing the raging of the "Middle East" and  China's finding "paradise" of the "Middle East", how will the petrochemical plastics industries in China deal with it?Speaking of remedies,  it is still a commonplace.
